What is Opslin MCP?
Opslin MCP lets you use an AI assistant to control supported deployment tasks. You can ask the AI to deploy software, check server health, read logs, or explain why a deployment failed.
Can the AI control everything on my server?
No. The AI can only use the Opslin actions and permissions you allow. Important actions can ask for your approval before they run, so you stay in control.
Can the AI delete my software without asking?
Opslin should require confirmation before dangerous actions, such as deleting a project, removing a server, or changing important settings.
Does Opslin MCP read or steal my private code?
Opslin MCP is designed to operate deployment tasks, not to take ownership of your code. Your software continues to run on your own server. Any code access should be limited to what is needed for the action you approve.
What is Opslin Launchpad?
Launchpad will help you find a suitable server, database, storage service, or free cloud resource for your project. You tell Launchpad what you are building, and it shows simple recommendations. Launchpad is coming soon.
Will Launchpad choose the server for me?
Launchpad will recommend options, but you make the final choice. It can show the best option, lowest-cost option, free option, and best region for your users, with a simple explanation for each recommendation.
Is Launchpad another hosting company?
No. Launchpad helps you discover infrastructure from different providers. The server still belongs to you or your chosen provider.
What is the Opslin Marketplace?
The Marketplace will help users find ready-made software, templates, tools, and trusted experts. Instead of building everything from zero, you can choose something already prepared and deploy it using Opslin. Marketplace is coming soon.
Will Marketplace software run on my own server?
Supported Marketplace products will be designed to run on a compatible server you control. Before choosing a product, you should be able to see its server, database, and technology requirements.
Can developers sell products on the Marketplace?
Yes. Developers, agencies, and software companies will be able to publish deployment-ready products or services after meeting Opslin’s seller requirements.
How will I know whether a seller is trustworthy?
Marketplace listings should clearly show seller identity, ratings and reviews, update history, support details, server requirements, and verified seller status. This helps users make safer decisions.
Are Launchpad and Marketplace available now?
Not yet. Opslin MCP is available in beta. Launchpad and Marketplace are planned products and should be clearly marked as Coming Soon.
Do I need technical knowledge to use these tools?
Basic technical knowledge may still help, but Opslin is designed to make deployment easier. The goal is to explain complex server work in simple steps that developers, founders, students, and small teams can understand.
Will all three tools work together?
